Note

·         Children under 2 years old: 30% of the tour price for adults + surcharge of fuel, return airport duty (without own bed)
·         Children from over 2 years old to under 12 years old:  Without own bed : 75% of the tour price for adults ; With own bed: 100% of the tour price for adults
·         Children of 12 years old or older: 100% of the tour price for adults.
In case there is only one tourist (adult) accompanied by one children of below 12 years old (there is no own bed), please pay a surcharge so that the child will have his/her own bed.

• In case of tour cancellation or transferring to other tours 30 days before the date of departure: No charge.
• In case of tour cancellation after the visa is issued by the Embassy, ​​Consulate (for countries need a visa): Tour cancellation cost is 100% deposit of tour.
• In case of tour cancellation or transferring to other tours from 25 - 29 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 50% of tour deposit.
• In case of tour cancellation or transferring to other tours from 20 - 24 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 100% of tour deposit.
• In case of tour cancellation from 17 - 19 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 50% tour price.
• In case of tour cancellation from 08 - 16 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 70% tour price.
• In case of tour cancellation from 02 - 07 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation:  90% tour ticket price.
• In case of tour cancellation within 1 day before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 100% tour ticket price.
• Time of tour cancellation is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

• Your passport must have the expiry date of over 6 months until the returning date.
• When coming for registration, you bring along your original passport and make a deposit of VND 7,000,000/person.
• If you require to stay in a single room, please pay the surcharge.
• If you are overseas Vietnamese or foreigner with one-time visa in your passport, you will have to pay a surcharge of VND 1,480,000/person for re-entry visa to Vietnam (prepare one 4*6 image). Re-entry visa to Vietnam granted at border gate will be charged VND 650,000/person (prepare two 4*6 images/person).
• Tourists including overseas Vietnamese or foreigners must carry the loose-leaf visa during the tour in case of being issued with loose-leaf visa.
• Namdutravel does not undertake responsibility in case your entry is rejected.
• If you has two nationalities or travel document (has no citizenship), please inform to tour staff right at the tour registration time and submit the original copies of relevant documents (if any).
• If you only bring along the green card (temporary residence card abroad) and has no valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot register to travel to a third country.
• If you are under 16 years old, you must be accompanied by your parent or relative of over 16 years old. If you travel along with a relative, you must submit a power of attorney with confirmation of the local authority (authorized by parent to go on tour).
