- Cost of date change, leg change, airplane ticket upgrade. In case you do not use the leg of the group tour, the rest of domestic and international legs will be canceled or not using the return leg is not refunded due to conditions of the airline.
- In case you only buy land tour and flight time does not coincide with the flight time of the group: Please join yourself in the group on the arrival date and go to the airport on the departure date.
* Note: If you wish to separate from the tour group, please inform the tour staff at the time of tour registration, and will pay the extra cost of VND 3,000,000/tourist/day
- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the tour price for adults + surcharge of fuel, return airport duty (without own bed)
- Children from over 2 years old to under 12 years old: Without own bed : 75% of the tour price for adults ; With own bed: 100% of the tour price for adults
- Children of 12 years old or older: 100% of the tour price for adults.
- In case there is only one tourist (adult) accompanied by one children of below 12 years old (there is no own bed), please pay a surcharge so that the child will have his/her own bed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: - Phase 1: Deposit of 50%/tour price/tourist.
- Phase 2: The remaining amount must be paid within 7 days before the departure date (for weekday tours) and 20 days for tours on public holidays, New Year Festival and Cherry Festival)
- After the tour deposit and before Namdutravel's payment for visa fee: non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000 VND (airplane deposit and profile translation fee)
- After visa submission by Namdutravel: non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000
- If your visa is denied, non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000
- In case of tour cancellation or transferring to other tours 30 days before the date of departure: No charge.
- In case of tour cancellation after the visa is issued by the Embassy, Consulate (for countries need a visa): Tour cancellation cost is 100% deposit of tour.
- In case of tour cancellation or transferring to other tours from 25 - 29 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 50% of tour deposit.
- In case of tour cancellation or transferring to other tours from 20 - 24 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 100% of tour deposit.
- In case of tour cancellation from 17 - 19 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 50% tour price.
- In case of tour cancellation from 08 - 16 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 70% tour price.
- In case of tour cancellation from 02 - 07 days before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 90% tour ticket price.
- In case of tour cancellation within 1 day before the date of departure: Cost of tour cancellation: 100% tour ticket price.
- Time of tour cancellation is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
- Conditions for Korean visa application (Permanent residence from Quang Nam to the South): Please prepare the following list of documents at least 3 weeks before departure:
*Personal profiles:
- The original passport with the remaining valid period of at least 6 months compared the end of tour (the passport to some countries) and the old original passport (if any)
- Two 4x6 pictures (in white background, new shooting within the last 6 months, without wearing glasses)
- Copy of original copy of the whole household book for the pages with content
- Copy of ID card
- Copy of Marriage certificate (if husband/wife is accompanied).
- Copy of birth certificate (if you are accompanied by a child, either big or small)
- Korean visa application form (in Namdutravel form, please fill in all information without leaving any blank)
* In term of work:
- For employees, it is required to have: Copy of labor contract or appointment decision (personnel recruitment decision) and original copy of the application for leave (with seal of the company stamped over the signature of the application approval, correct departure and return date of the tour, specify the reason for leave: travel to Korea Republic) and:
- In the case of tourists in working age, working in State-owned companies and private companies, if having social insurance: providing social insurance number, ID card used to pay social insurance, and the latest agency paying social insurance.
- In the case the tourist is in the working age and working in a company, but is not paid with the social insurance: add statements of the latest 3 months of the salary account.
- In the case the tourist is in the working age and working in a company, but is not paid with the social insurance and is not paid via card: add personal property or work of relatives at home if you travel alone (parent, husband / wife, children, etc.).
- For businessmen, it is required to have: Copy of business license and copy of payment to the State budget, VAT or corporate income tax in the latest 3 months
- For retired persons, it is required to have: Copy of retirement card, retirement decision or pension book
- For monks/priests, it is required to have: Copy of Monks and Nuns Card + original decision for leave (with authorized signature and seal of the Company)
- If you demise house, land, car, etc.: Copy of the house, land, car leasing contracts (with certificate true copy) and copies of the ownership of the leased house, land and car
- For pupils and students, it is required to have: Copy of pupil/student ID card (or copy of the latest certificate of merit or original certificate of current school)
* Financial source and assets:
- Original confirmation of bank saving book in English (valued at least VND 100,000,000/tourist, Note: There must be a red seal on the signature and show the name and position: Head of Unit, Deputy Director, Director, etc.) (In case the Consulate General requests to submit the original savings book to reconcile the information with the balance confirmation, please submit the original saving books to the company when notified).
- Copy of ownership certificate of house, land, car (if any)
***Notes: In case a child is under 18 years old and does not accompany their parents, he/she must accompany their relatives (prove the relative relationship via the certificate of birth) and there must be the original power of attorney to the relative (two originals, one for the tourist to bring to the airport on the tour date and one for submitting to the Consulate General to apply for visa) + A copy of the authorizer, providing the employment, finance and assets of parents
****Exempt the financial proofing for the following objects (do not apply guarantee for accompanying relatives):
1. The object is deputy, head of department or higher (with decision attached) of an enterprise belonging to top 500 enterprises (Link for checking top 500 enterprises of Vietnam http://vnr500.com.vn/Charts/Index?chartId=1 )
2. State employees, employees of state-owned enterprises
3. Owners of a bank balance of over VND 1 billion at a Vietnamese bank or a Korean bank
4. Owners of preferential credit cards or objects with assets and income above the prescribed level.
Specifically, individuals with annual income of more than US$ 8,000 (must prove through bank statements), holders of international payment credit cards in the list of preferential clients (Gold Credit Card or Platinum Credit Card)
5. Objects operating in the fields of culture and arts, physical training and sports, persons with specialization and skills (for example: doctor, etc.)
6. Objects who have graduated from universities in Korea (including colleges)
7. Objects who are retirees of over 55 years old with retirement card and pension book
8. Objects who are journalists and TV program producers of the media
9. Objects who have permanent residence rights or who have entered (with exit or entry visa) or visas issued within 5 years of the following countries: the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Korea Republic (if you have entered Australia for 5 years please submit a separate visa and color photo to submit to the Consulate General)
Above are the procedures to apply for Korean visas in accordance with the provisions of the Consulates. Depending on each case, in the process of consideration of visa, the consular can request additional documents if necessary.
